Spiritual commitment is something people forget now days. Distractions are everywhere and prioritism of different things such as career, studies, family, self interests and social life are the reasons of forgetting our commitment to our faith and to God. As a loyal follower and an active member of the church, it irritates me to know this. Why does people forget about Him? Why don't people give time to thank Him in every blessing He gives us?  In my life, God has been a bestfriend, listener and savior in everything. I talk to Him often. I thank Him everyday, I seek help to fight temptations, I ask Him to guide me in my decisions, help me in my studies especially in doing my research papers, look after my love ones and other simple things that I know He truly appreciates. Building connection and bond with the Creator and our Father is very important. It is part of everybody's life to build his faith as he/she grows. What I am saying is give Him a little bit of your time. He deserves it and you yourself will feel good about it.
