I am a devout Sanātani Bhakta, a follower of the Sanātana Dharma (Eternal Law). The Dharma is the root of all orthodox religions, those with correct though. These religions are those that teach love, compassion, and service. As such, I am primarily a faithful non-sectarian Hindu, and a follower of early Biblical Christianity, which is rooted in the Vedic tradition.

I affirm that nothing exists except for God. All things that exist exist within God. As such, all things that exist apart from God do not exist. The purest state of being is spirit, the most incorruptible state. All material things are simply the energy of God, Maya, manifested to the senses. Conceptual things are simply an extension of the Supreme Consciousness.

I also affirm that there are three selves. The Ego (Ahamkāra), the individual Soul (Ātmā), and the Supreme Soul (Paramātmā). Ahamkāra refers to the physical, unconscious self - the body.  Ātmā refers to the spirit within every living creature. Paramātmā refers to the Supreme Reality, Brahma (not Brahmā, the creative aspect of God). The goal of the Dharma is to realize that Ātmā is the same as Paramātmā; in other words, the Soul is the Spirit of God. Further, when this is known and actualized, Ahamkāra becomes the servant, the instrument, of realized Ātmā, and Ahamkāra itself ceases to be the doer of anything.
